My boys are picky eaters...I don't know if your kids are too! They are on an oatmeal for all meals kick; at least it's semi-healthy. Anyways, I'm going to do two meals on Monday because I doubt my boys will eat the first.
I'm going to make lettuce wraps w/ chicken for the adults....it's just not something my kids will eat; maybe yours will. If you haven't had these before, I'll bring whole lettuce leafs and you put the chicken mixture in it, & fold into a wrap. They are healthy & I love them.
And pepperoni rolls for the kids. They are a roll with pepperoni & cheese in them. You dip them in pizza sauce. Please let me know if you object to me hiding veggies in them because I plan on doing that:)
