Hey Ladies,
I'm going to opt out for obvious reasons next Monday:)
The following Monday I'm going to do a broccoli-turkey-rice-bake. I made this dish when Matt & Jenna were here & Matt would honestly eat half of the 9x13 himself. If for some reason I don't have leftover turkey (doubt it) I'll use chicken instead.
